Sparkale – are you sure it’s not a cider?

So, ever the optimist, I stopped in to the brewery to see if they had it yet. And yes, but only on tap, and I had no growlers!

Still I had a taste, and it’s like a cider. Apparently they ferment the apples using ale yeast, and you get a scrumpy flavor, but on the sweet end of medium.

I like. It will be year round.
